Somehow you need to delete contours across water bodies. They are clearly wrong, since water is always flat.

If the subject area is a diagonal, one needs a very large rectangular area to capture it and there is a lot of waste. The same result could be accomplished if the selectable area could be created with 4 corner markers, instead of 2.

Despite success using this tool in the past, today it stopped working for me. When I click Get Data nothing happens. No contour lines are drawn. I recently had my operating system reinstalled (MS Windows 8.1 - using Firefox)
